Beyti Taken Over By Pepsi-Almarai JV
The Egyptian dairy and juice manufacturer, Beyti, or the International company for agro-industrial projects in Egypt has been acquired by the joint venture company between PepsiCo and Almarai of Riyadh. The company is known as IDJ or the International Dairy and Juice Limited. It is the leading brand in Egypt and it stands for high quality products.
This could see a coming together of three different strengths. Beyti’s high quality dairy and juice products, Almarai’s quality in dairy products with a reputed name across the world and the marketing muscle of PepsiCo when it comes to the international arena. Together, they could cause a lot of news in the industry.
