Cadbury Chocolates To Reduce Carbon Footprint
The chocolate giant is working with farmers to ensure that their chocolates have as little carbon emission in their production as possible. So they have partnered with UK’s Carbon Trust in order to tackle burping cows. Cows burp and this adds to potent greenhouse gas methane in the atmosphere and they are trying to see how to reduce this so their chocolates are not seen to be contributing to this huge emission problem. The only way to do this was to work closely with the dairy farmers to see how this could be reduced and that is exactly what Cadbury’s is doing.
