Ringe & Kuhlmann have been in the business of making natural colours for years. They started off manufacturing pure strains of dairy cultures and then moved on to colours that were made from natural sources, not just for dairy products but for a wide range of food and other products. They market them under the brand name ERKA. They also have colours which are nature-identical but they manufacture these only when there are no natural alternatives available.
