It’s a magazine to treasure especially of you are a cheese lover. Started by dairy veterans, it has recipes, cheese tours, lists of cheese makers and cheese sellers and a whole lot more about cheese. It’s founded by Kate Arding – she was with Neal’s Yard Dairy in London – and Thalassa Skinner – from Oxbow Cheese Merchant, Napa.

There’s a great offer going – you can order hard-to-find cheeses through their magazine. You might just be lucky enough to be eligible to get samples of unusual cheeses too. It’s a great looking magazine with great pictures and articles that are informative and strong.
