Contrary to all expectations, the campaign is a huge success and it has led to the sales of Dairy Crest going up 10%. It’s strange how during recessionary times, trusted brands see people rushing to buy them.
Dairy Crest’s profits are also looking healthy mainly because ingredients and raw material costs have fallen and also because they have divested of their share of 49% in Yoplait.
