Hunger Pangs And Whey

When it’s much easier to lose weight if what you eat makes you feel full, it has now been found that when you have whey, it tends to control the hunger pangs and you don’t feel hungry for quite a while after it. There was a study conducted for Dairy Management Inc by the NPD group and this is what the findings pointed to.

This augurs well for whey protein which contains a higher amount of protein which makes you feel fuller for longer. This feeling makes you less susceptible to snacking between meals. Whey protein is being added to both foods and beverages today.
