Ice-cream With A Difference

When you’re part of a $4 billion industry, there are times when you are tearing your hair out trying to make something different, something that will stand out and get noticed. Well, here are a few flavors of ice-cream that have gone the whole hog.

Clemmy’s claims to be the world’s first ice-cream that is totally sugar free. It has less fat, fewer calories and of course no sugar but contains a natural sweetener.

Then there’s Ben & Bill’s Lobster ice-cream, flavored with butter and cooked lobsters – yes, strange but true!

Laloo’s ice-cream has a goat’s milk variant which comes packed with a lot of goodness and it comes in two flavors.

How about a coconut milk ice-cream? For those who don’t like the idea of dairy milk or soy milk, this new offering from Turtle Mountain comes as a welcome flavor. It contains a natural sweetener and has fewer calories and less fat.
