Limited Recovery In Dairy, Says Glambia
Glambia, the leading food group in Ireland feels that not until 2010 will there be any signs of the dairy industry looking up. They feel that the H1 results this year will be way behind last year’s. Glambia supplies most of the cheese to Burger King and McDonald’s in Ireland.
Besides the dairy arm, their agriculture units are also seeing a decline in profits. They are also Europe’s largest mozzarella cheese producer.
