Malaysia And Mozzarella

In Langkawi, Malaysia, there is a lot of mozzarella being made. While it seems rather far fetched, that’s the way it is. The owner is married to an Italian so maybe that explains it. The great thing about it is the fact that this is also halal cheese and the amount they make every day is sold out – that’s how popular it is.

Ask the owners and they will tell you that their mozzarella probably tastes better than the ones that are available and come all the way from Italy. Mozzarella is usually best eaten fresh and fresh is what this couple promises because their organic cheese comes fresh from their farm.
