Mallard’s: 400 Flavors Of Ice Cream And Counting!
In Whatcom County which is in the U.S. state of Washington, there’s an ice cream outlet where over 400 flavors have been concocted. The owner Ben Scholtz has run this outlet for 6 years and he says that all the flavors are whipped up from local produce and the processing done right at the shop by the staff. The flavors range from well known and well loved ones like Super Chocolate to crazy ones like Chocolate Cayenne and Basil.
No, not all the 400 and more flavors are available at any given time. The outlet displays 28 flavors at a time but what is great for regular customers is that every day, one flavor is replaced by a new one – so there are so many flavors to look forward to. Mallard’s sells around five hundred gallons of ice cream every week except in winter, when sales drop.
