		<description>This excellent post prompted me to look into the seeming contradiction of adding Kosher gelatin (a meat product) in yogurt (a dairy product).  However, because gelatin is made of highly processed sinew, bone, and skin, it is not considered meat flesh, and can therefore be consumed with dairy.

I might be the only person on the planet not to have known this, so I&#039;m glad I found this post and used it as a guide to learn more.
