National Moofest Preparations Get Moooooving
Athens Tennessee is all set for a national dairy meet. Called the National Moofest, it is being seen as a celebration of all things connected with dairy. It is slated to throw open its doors on the 27th of May and will have its main Moofest Day on the 31st.
There’s going to be a lot of excitement here – lots of exhibits and contests related to dairy as well as an eighteen ride carnival. There’s a Recipe Contest, a Dairy Crankin’ Contest and an antique tractor parade. And there’s going to be a lot of country and bluegrass music playing.
What’s more, the vendor spots are all full so if you want to be a part of this happening dairy event, you’ll need to wait for next year to get yourself a stall. However, you can go get a feel of all things dairy this May.
