Taw Valley Creamery – The Awards Pour In
At the Nantwich International Cheese Show in the UK, the Taw Valley Creamery raced home with all of thirteen awards. For the fourth time running, they won the Danisco Grand Prix trophy awarded for the best mature cheddar,
The company is a part of Milk Link and is owned by UK’s The Cheese Company, the country’s largest cheese producer. This follows their recent spate of awards at the Royal Welsh Show and at the end of the season, the group’s tally added up to 28 awards and this includes 5 golds.
From its facility in Shropshire, it rolls out over twenty types of cheeses for retail chains and food service facilities across the country.
